I think one of the things any PM can resonate with is the fact that there’s two worlds, right? There’s this beautiful, clean, organized world that’s in our weekly priority or our roadmap where everything is very clear and beautiful and fits in. And after I built something that was really powerful and good for the way I was working and I was excited to distribute it, I had live demos with several PMs that I watched them operated from zero, and I saw how different. I thought it was already this complete, fully baked tool, and I saw them using it and struggling because it was completely adjusted to how I work.
